Thing 6-Mashups
I really liked the Mappr website. I currently teach the ISS class at my school. One thing I try to instill in my kids is that there is a bigger world out there, than just what they see around their neighborhood. By using this program I could create a large map (US and TX) and have various pics of events and landmarks for each state or city.

Great idea! That would help them get a better perspective of things and help them make better choices.
